Description: This violin is made Bubenreuth Germany. Heinrich Gill has been manufacturing bowed instruments in their state of the art facility since 1952. Wood and components are all European, and the final set-up work is done by Reed Bernstein, which is a $400 value. These instruments have a warm, rich sound, with a responsiveness that simply delights the advancing player. Finish: Rubbed Oil Finish. Warm look mildly antiqued.
