Shipping is free via 2nd day FedEx within the U.S.A. to most locations. If you prefer that we ship via Priority U.S. Mail you can indicate that at checkout. Overnight or Saturday delivery is also available for an addtional fee.
Canadian shipments under $695 USD are $35. Orders for $695 or more are $15. All sales outside the USA are final.
Other international shipments under $695 USD are $75. Orders for $695 or more are $55. All sales outside the USA are final.

Your credit is not charged automatically. We review your order first so that we can contact you if there are any questions. Read on for more information about how the shopping cart works, and about security.
The purchase process involves placing items in the virtual shopping cart. At any time that you are shopping or browsing you can review what is in the cart to make changes or deletions. The order is not complete until all of your contact, shipping, and payment information has been entered and submitted, and it is during that final phase of the process that you are at the secure portion of our site (you will see "https://..." in your browser window, and possibly a little yellow lock icon at the bottom of your browser page, both of which indicate a secure site.)
When your order is completed you receive an automated letter via email telling you what you ordered and what the costs will be. We receive a similar letter telling us that the order came.
At that point we go to the secure site where we retrieve all of the information about your order. Processing is done offline* which gives us an opportunity to review the order and to contact you with questions before your credit card is charged. If everything looks OK then we complete the credit card processing and the shipment.
That is basically it.
*Shopping cart systems all work a little differently. Some will process your credit card online as soon as you complete the order. Some will use a modified online system something like Paypal, and some process your order offline. We prefer offline processing because it give us a chance to review your order and make sure that everything looks OK.
