Your purchase is risk-free (does NOT apply to overseas shipments which are not returnable.)  You may return an item for a full refund after your ONE WEEK TRIAL PERIOD. You must call for approval before sending a return.

AFTER YOUR ONE WEEK TRIAL PERIOD, THE SALE IS FINAL.

Within one week of receiving the bow you may return it properly packed and INSURED for full value via OVERNIGHT OR SECOND DAY AIR (FedEx Air is recommended), and the full purchase amount will be refunded.  We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.  If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.  Feel free to keep the rosin, but we will need to charge you for it.
